West Pride's board invites our members to the annual meeting 2025, which is our highest decision-making body.
Date and time: Tuesday, March 25, 2025
- Admission, registration, and refreshments from: 6:00 PM
- Opening of the annual meeting: 6:30 PM
Place: Regnbågshuset, Barlastgatan 2, 414 63 Gothenburg
What happens during the annual meeting?
At the annual meeting, the association's activities and accounts for the past year are presented and reported. We establish the operational plan and budget for 2025 and conduct elections for a new board and other positions of trust.
The annual meeting will commence at 6:30 PM – more information about this will be presented when the documents are sent out.

Nominate for the association's various trust positions
The nomination committee is happy to receive nominations for the West Pride board. To nominate someone, the nomination must be submitted to the nomination committee by February 25th and sent to valberedningen@westpride.se

Please note that the nominee must be a member of West Pride.
Membership and voting rights
A vote at the annual meeting corresponds to one member. To participate and vote, you need:
- Be a member of West Pride (active membership for 2025)
- Have paid the membership fee by March 17 at the latest.
